Celebrate July 4th with Turtle Talk!

4th of July week will be busy time for Turtle Patrol.
Yes, there will be Turtle Talk as scheduled on Wednesday July 4. We will start at 7 p.m. and promise to be done be 8 p.m. so there will still be time to see the official firework displays. Please do not set fireworks off on the beach as it may frighten any mother turtles coming ashore to lay her eggs. Also, nest #1 (laid on May 12) is expected to hatch this week. It was “trenched” today. The official due date is July 6, so babies soon!
