Three nests have closed already!

Nests # 1,2 and 3 have all hatched! They were laid on May 20 (nest #1) and June 3 (both nests 2 and 3). So far we've had 335 hatchlings released into the ocean.

There was another false crawl yesterday morning, perhaps she'll be back later this week---so we know there is still the possibility of a few more new nests this year.

Teams have begun watching nests #6, #7 and #8 and will soon "collar" nest #9. So look for nests on the beach with "trenches" to the ocean and "red shirts" in the early evening.
