Miss Kayak

In 2006 our stranding team went into action! Miss Kayak (later to be more correctly called Mr. Kayak) was rescued by HBTP members and vacationers with a kayak. The large loggerhead was taken to the turtle hospital for recovery. He was later released back into the ocean. (See other photos under Kayak of his release).
