Happy Memorial Day!

Nest #4 was found this Memorial Day morning with119 eggs. The mother turtle crawled right up to the escarpment (cliff developed as the result of erosion), but turned and crawled another 10 feet to the west where she laid her eggs. The nest was near an escarpment and below the high tide line so the eggs were moved to location above the high tide line. And, false crawl #9 was also found today. Lots of turtle activity this past week!
